Trainee – Programmatic Advertising

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Programmatic Advertising Trainee to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns on demand-side platforms (DSPs) like DV360 and The Trade Desk. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and a foundational understanding of programmatic media buying. This role is based in Bangalore and requires candidates to work the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in setting up ad campaigns using ad-serving platforms and DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.
  2. Upload and QA various creatives (Display, Video, Native, Rich Media) ensuring proper specs and tracking.
  3. Monitor campaign performance and pull reports or screenshots as required by clients.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign accuracy, pacing, and timely optimizations.
  5. Optimize campaign delivery to meet client KPIs and performance goals.
  6. Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and reports.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  5. Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  6. Knowledge of DSP platforms (DV360, TTD, etc.)
  7. Certifications in Programmatic Advertising, DV360, or The
  8. Trade Desk are highly preferred.
