First connect: A conversation with HR

Once we receive your application, our HR team will reach out to get to know you better. This is a casual, two-way conversation — we’ll learn more about your background and aspirations, and you’ll get a closer look at the role, team, and how we work.

Role-relevant assignment: Show us how you think

If there’s a mutual fit, you’ll be given a short assignment tied to the role. This helps us understand your approach to real-world problems — and gives you a chance to demonstrate your skills in action.

Interview with the hiring manager: Deep dive

Next, you’ll meet your potential manager. Expect a more detailed discussion about your experience, how you approach problem-solving, and where you would like to grow. This is also a great moment to ask questions and get a clearer picture of the day-to-day.

Final interaction:
Team or leadership round

In the final round, you might meet senior leaders or future teammates. We’ll explore team fit, collaboration styles, and how you can make an impact here. If it feels like the right match on both sides, we’ll move to the offer stage.
