Ad Operations/ Digital Marketing Reporting Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Digital Operations team, focusing on campaign performance tracking, data analysis, and automating dashboards and reports. The role involves managing campaign data across various platforms, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing actionable insights to enhance performance and efficiency across digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards for programmatic, social, search, and display campaigns.
- Extract, clean, and analyze campaign data from ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of campaign metrics across reporting sources.
- Automate reporting processes using tools like Google Looker Studio, Excel macros, Power BI, or other BI platforms.
- Collaborate with the clients to track campaign KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and flag anomalies or optimization opportunities.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights from campaign data.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, metrics definitions, and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing Analytics, or Reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Working knowledge of ad platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with campaign tracking, tags, and pixels (GTM, Floodlight, UTM, etc.) will added advantage
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
