The Inside Sales Executive primary role is to directly contribute to the revenue growth of the company through increased sales and business development activities under the leadership of Director of Sales and Business Development. A person in this role must be comfortable in making dozens of calls per day, generating interest in our services, and qualifying prospects for sales. A talented and competitive individual, that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will have an important role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively reach prospects and customers through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
Perform effective online presentations to prospects
Identifying business targets and scanning the market for business potential in specific industry vertical to secure business for the organization.
Developing online strategies for new and existing clients and understanding the business strategy for the geographical and vertical market that the target organization operates in; and reflect this in the strategy.
Overseeing the development and implementation of the win strategy beginning with pre-Request for Proposal (RFP) activities and Request for Information (RFI) deliverables.
KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES, VALUES:
Must be aware of full cycle process of client acquisition that includes market research, lead generation, e-mail campaign, cold calling, fixing up meetings, closing deals, follow up on agreements etc.
Knowledgeable of the client propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities.
A proactive self-starter, who can operate both individually and as part of a team and values the importance of the success of their overall group.
Capacity for strategic thought and the ability to solve unstructured business problems with ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and problem-solving ability.
An ability to manage multiple deals at once with an eye towards cost, business opportunity and strategic value and must have ability to do priority setting and time management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
MBA/BBA, preferably in Sales and Marketing
Exposure in handling International market is a must. Previous work knowledge in US, Europe, Australia market is an added advantage.
Proven inside sales experience, with Track record of over-achieving targets
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving strong sales pipeline and sales growth within the account base, including proven success at cold calling into accounts.
Strong phone presence and experience in placing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
Key Skills Lead Generation, Market Research, Telesales, Business Development, Database Building for Contacts and Email IDs, Online Data Mining.
Strong knowledge of database extraction from various online database portals.
