The Inside Sales Executive primary role is to directly contribute to the revenue growth of the company through increased sales and business development activities under the leadership of Marketing Manager/Director of Sales and Business Development. A person in this role must be comfortable in sending Emails as per business requirements as well as grow social media platform presence to defined Designations, generating interest in our services, and qualifying prospects for sales. A talented and competitive individual, that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will have an important role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.


  • Proactively reach prospects through emails and Organization preferred social media channel/s.
  • Research prospects, identify competitors, and assist in brand building activities to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Build and maintain a current database.
  • Developing strategies for new and existing prospects for effective utilization of contact database.
  • Have used CRM tools like Hubspot, Zoho, etc to capture and manage data by assigning relevant tags, updating data with unsubscribes, hard bounce, etc.
  • Preparation of documents, reports, etc as needed by Business.
  • Be open to the possibility of different modes of communication if required by the Marketing and Sales team.
  • Ability to plan and strategize ways to achieve Sales/Client Acquisition quotas defined by the Organization.
  • Have used and made use of various channels for acquiring a database of prospects.


  • Must be aware of the full-cycle process of client acquisition that includes market research, lead generation, e-mail campaign, follow-ups on prospects previously emailed to etc.
  • A proactive self-starter, who can operate both individually and as part of a team and values the importance of the success of their overall group.
  • Capacity for strategic thought and the ability to solve unstructured business problems with ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Has the ability to think out of the box and think on their feet for effective ideas in order to achieve business objectives and optimize where required.


  • MBA/BBA/Bcom, preferably in Sales and Marketing – Preferred but any graduate with the willingness to learn and achieve
  • Exposure in handling the International market is a must. Previous work knowledge in any of US, Europe, Australia market required.
  • Proven inside sales experience, with a Track record of over-achieving targets
  • Strong phone presence and experience in placing dozens of calls per day – Good to have
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools – Good to have
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills – Must
  • Strong listening and presentation skills – Must
  • CRM Usability for data maintenance and emailing.
  • Ability to modify Email Templates, minor changes, and formatting for prospect communication – Preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of database extraction from various online database portals, search engines, email validation
    Willingness to learn and an ability to derive results from the knowledge gained.
