Classifying these queries according to 3-4 dimensions (e.g. branded or generic, category, subcategory, and search intent).
Reporting & health checks Based on the pre-agreed template using agreed data sources e.g. link building campaign report, monthly SEO performance report.
Standardized Site Audits – Auditing client/competitor sites and completing reports that highlight key issues.
Migration Support – Comparing a site in staging prior to live to either an agreed scope or to the live site, or to a checklist, and again flagging any issues prior to launch.
In-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and content mapping
On-page optimization XML/HTML sitemap, Robot.txt, image optimization, HTML code optimization, etc.
Metadata audit, setup, and recommendations
Content and website structure & UI optimization
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster tools set up and monitoring
