The Inside Sales Executive primary role is to directly contribute to the revenue growth of the company through increased sales and business development activities under the leadership of Director of Sales and Business Development. A person in this role must be comfortable in making dozens of calls per day or emails etc, generating interest in our services, and qualifying prospects for sales. A talented and competitive individual, that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will have an important role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively reach prospects and customers through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
Generating new leads through extensive web research, email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting & internet marketing
Achieving lead generation target.
Primary Level of Involvement in business development activities for US market
Hard core sale Pre- sales / Online Marketing/ Email Marketing.
KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES, VALUES:
Prior experience in Lead Generation for US Market is preferred
Good written and oral communication skills.
Must be aware of full cycle process of client acquisition that includes market research, lead generation, e-mail campaign, cold calling, fixing up meetings, closing deals, follow up on agreements etc.
A proactive self-starter, who can operate both individually and as part of a team and values the importance of the success of their overall group.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Exposure in handling International market is a must. Previous work knowledge in US, Europe, Australia market is an added advantage.
